AFS is a custom automation, fabrication, and machine manufacturer specializing in vibratory feeder bowls (systems) and parts handling/transferring equipment. Other products include:  basic stainless 304 steel feeder bowls, coatings, vibratory drive units, gravity tracks, vibratory inlines, belt/vibrating conveyors, quenching conveyors, storage hoppers, sound enclosures, custom-fabricated tables, risers, escapements, part-placing and part-orientating mechanisms, assembly machines, packaging machines, secondary operations and many other related fabrication or custom components.

 

 

 

The personnel at AFS have an average of 20 years experience and are committed to manufacturing a reliable, high quality product that will provide many years of trouble-free service.  Our ultimate goal is total customer satisfaction.  We offer a complete line of vibratory parts feeders, ranging in size from 6" to 36" diameters.

 

Our personnel custom tool these feeders to orient and present a wide variety of parts for assembly.  Air jets are very expensive to operate and are used only as a last resort.

 

Service is a very important segment of our industry.  We provide the best available for our customers, thus keeping production down-time to a minimum.
