We designed and built this system to feed two lines of parts from a single bowl to a point where an assembly machine could load two fixtures at once, thereby doubling the machine output. |

The part was .035" thick and the customer had problems with warped parts in the feeding system. We, at American Feeding Systems, designed and built a sorting feeder that removed the warped parts off line. Be removing the bad parts prior to assembly, the performance of the assembly equipment was greatly enhanced |
